About Us

Newton Circle 8 Square & Round Dance Club was established in 1946. Our club is a strong supporter of the Wichita area square dance community. Newton is located about 20 miles north of Wichita, KS.

Dances are held every 2nd and 4th Sunday from September through May.
During the summer months, we typically hold one dance per month.

We dance Mainstream with one Plus tip per dance. Rounds consisting of Level II through IV, are held 30 minutes before each dance and two Level II-III Rounds between tips. We are proud to schedule a diverse group of local and national callers and cuers throughout the season.

Dance location: Chisholm Middle School, 900 E. 1st Street, Newton, KS 67114.

Time:
 Pre-rounds 7:00 pm
 Square Dance 7:30 pm.
